Our stay at Kalapa Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Balinese hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. Tucked away amidst lush tropical greenery, this resort truly feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Canggu. The accommodations were exquisite, blending traditional Balinese design with modern amenities seamlessly. Our villa was spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasted breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the gentle rustle of palm leaves was a rejuvenating experience in itself. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met with genuine care and attention to detail. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or catering to dietary preferences, their hospitality was truly unparalleled. The resort's facilities were equally impressive. We enjoyed leisurely afternoons by the stunning room pool, surrounded by swaying palms and the soothing sounds of the nearby river. The full day spa offered a range of indulgent treatments, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Dining at Kalapa was a culinary delight. The restaurant served up a tantalizing array of authentic Balinese dishes, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each meal was a feast for the senses, complemented by impeccable service and a serene ambiance overlooking the lush rice paddies. Overall, our stay at Kalapa Resort was a truly unforgettable experience. Beautiful gem hidden in a side streets of Janggu. Spectacular garden with traditional Indonesian wibe bungalows.Everything is open,so don't expect sterile closed rooms,but except for the miskitos we didn't have any other insect surprises,even in the open air bathroom.I really liked the quiet and green atmosphere and fresh air, botanical garden wibe and a beautiful design of the place. You'll need to rent a scooter (right in the hotel, good price),or to call a Grab, to get somewhere, while it's literally impossible to walk by foot anywhere in Canggu.But it's actually few minutes by foot to the great massage place called Lotus,or about 15 min scooter to the beach. The hotel restaurant has a really good breakfast. Two pools are really fresh and clean, with great area to rest around, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Bed was comfortable, with a moskito net wide and big enough. There was raining some time during the day, there's umbrellas in every room and a nice place under the roof,in front of the room,so you can rest and watch the rain.Filtered water, tea and coffee complementary in the room. Nice minibar with fair prices. Towels and linen were nice and clean.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the lovely host, a cold beverage and a fresh towel after my overnight flight and very little sleep. I was offered an early check in as the guests before me had already left and I was able to go and have a lay down. I stayed in the villa with a private pool, king sized bed and a deep bath. It was luxurious and peaceful and I immediately felt relaxed. Kalapa Resort offers yoga sessions three times a day, a restaurant, two pools for everyone to use and a spa. I ate all my meals at the restaurant which were delicious. Special mention to the young man who made the most delicious oat latte. The sticky rice and mango was also amazing. As were the margaritas! I had three treatments at the spa. My first was a deep tissue massage which was quite possibly the best massage I've ever had. I followed it up with a hot stone massage the following dav and an aromatherapy massage the last day. My time here was qu relaxing, and all staff were iust so, so lovely and helpful. I would 100% go back again!

The resort is peacefull and filled with beautifull nature. In the (sometimes) hectic Canggu area it is a place of quiteness and relaxtation. We enjoyed the time at the pool and the nasi goreng in the restaurant is the best. The staff of the restaurant (Tom and the ladies), but also the front desk (Rai, Kano, Pandu and Yunita) and all the other staff is so kind and helpfull. They let you feel at home. So if you like a quite getaway in Canggu surrounded with nature/nature sounds than Kalapa Resort is the place to be!
